جامعة اليرموك ومنظمات دولية تشارك في إطلاق أهم دليل وطني لدعم المرأة الحزبية

برعاية سعادة العين آسيا ياغي، اختتم مركز نحن ننهض للتنمية المستدامة، اليوم، فعاليات مشروعه الوطني "المرأة في الأحزاب – نحو قيادة فاعلة"، المنفذ بالشراكة مع مركز الأميرة بسمة لدراسات المرأة الأردنية في جامعة اليرموك، وذلك خلال حفل أقيم في محافظة إربد بحضور ممثلي مؤسسات وطنية ودولية وشخصيات أكاديمية وحزبية.

العين آسيا ياغي: تمكين المرأة ركيزة لمسيرة التحديث السياسي

وأكدت العين ياغي، في كلمتها الافتتاحية، أن الأردن يشهد مرحلة مهمة من مسيرة التحديث السياسي بقيادة جلالة الملك عبدالله الثاني ابن الحسين، حفظه الله ورعاه، الأمر الذي عزز الحراك المجتمعي وشجع مختلف الفئات على الانخراط في العمل السياسي والحزبي.

وأعربت ياغي عن استغرابها من الحملات التي تحاول الحد من مشاركة المرأة في الحياة الحزبية، معتبرة أن إعادة ترميم ثقة المجتمع بالمرأة والأحزاب معاً يمثل مدخلاً أساسياً لتجاوز التحديات التي تعيق حضورها السياسي. وأشادت بقدرات المرأة الأردنية التي أثبتت عبر التاريخ قدرتها على خدمة وطنها وبناء الأجيال والانخراط الفاعل في العمل العام والانتخابات والوصول إلى مجلس الأمة.

كما دعت الأحزاب ومنظمات المجتمع المدني إلى تبني الدليل الشامل لأفضل الممارسات لتمكين المرأة سياسياً داخل الأحزاب، بوصفه مرجعاً وطنياً يرسخ آليات عملية لرفع كفاءة المشاركة الحزبية النسائية.

نائب رئيس جامعة اليرموك: تمكين المرأة جزء من التزام الجامعة الوطني

من جانبها، أكدت الدكتورة ربا بطاينة، نائب رئيس جامعة اليرموك، أن مشاركة الجامعة في المشروع تأتي انسجاماً مع إيمانها العميق بدور المرأة الأردنية في بناء المستقبل الذي ينادي به جلالة الملك.

وأشارت إلى أن الجامعة تنظر إلى مخرجات اللجنة الملكية لتحديث المنظومة السياسية باعتبارها محطة بارزة في مسيرة الإصلاح الوطني، مؤكدة التزام اليرموك بترجمتها من خلال البحث العلمي والمبادرات المجتمعية، وفي مقدمتها الشراكة المستمرة مع مركز نحن ننهض.

وأوضحت بطاينة أن الجامعة، عبر مركز الأميرة بسمة لدراسات المرأة الأردنية، تسعى إلى تعزيز صورة المرأة الأردنية ودعم حضورها الحزبي وتمكينها من أداء أدوار وطنية فاعلة.

الشريك الدولي: التشريعات الجديدة تدعم دور المرأة الحزبي

بدورها، عبّرت السيدة فيرونيكا إرتل، مديرة مكتب الأردن في مؤسسة كونراد أديناور، عن اعتزاز المؤسسة بالشراكة في تنفيذ المشروع، مؤكدة أنه يأتي لتعزيز مشاركة المرأة وتطوير أدوات تأثيرها داخل الأحزاب.

وأشادت إرتل بالتشريعات السياسية الجديدة التي أتاحت للمرأة مساحة أوسع للمشاركة، مشيرة إلى ضرورة منح الوقت الكافي لمسار التحديث السياسي حتى تظهر نتائجه بشكل ملموس.

مركز الأميرة بسمة: البحث العلمي والشراكات أساس التمكين

وقال الدكتور طارق زياد الناصر، مدير مركز الأميرة بسمة بالوكالة، إن بناء شراكات حقيقية مع المجتمع المحلي والمؤسسات الوطنية والدولية، واستخدام البحث العلمي لخدمة المجتمع، يمثلان الأساس في تنفيذ مشاريع وطنية قادرة على تمكين المرأة والشباب.

وأضاف أن المركز يعمل ضمن استراتيجيات متكاملة لفتح آفاق تعاون جديدة، بما يسهم في دعم رؤية التحديث السياسي والاقتصادي، وتعزيز فرص النساء في الانخراط بالحياة الحزبية.

وأشاد الناصر بمخرجات المشروع والدليل الصادر عنه، معتبراً إياه تحولاً نوعياً يقدم للأحزاب الأردنية أداة تطوير مؤسسية تستند إلى البيانات والتجارب العملية.

"نحن ننهض": مشروع منسجم مع الرؤية الملكية لدعم المرأة السياسية

وفي كلمته، أوضح المدير العام لمركز نحن ننهض، السيد عامر أبو دلو، أن المشروع جاء منسجماً مع رؤية جلالة الملك عبدالله الثاني في تعزيز مشاركة المرأة في الحياة السياسية.

وبيّن أن المركز يضع في مقدمة أولوياته العمل على تهيئة بيئة حزبية داعمة للمرأة، من خلال التدريب والدعم الفني والتمكين المؤسسي، بما يحقق أثراً مستداماً على واقع مشاركتها السياسية.

وأشار أبو دلو إلى أن المشروع استهدف السيدات الحزبيات والناشطات السياسيات في محافظة إربد، عبر جلسات تدريبية ومركزة أسهمت في رصد التجارب النسائية وفهم التحديات وصياغة توصيات تشكل أساس الدليل الوطني.

الدليل الوطني: خارطة طريق لتمكين المرأة داخل الأحزاب

وأوضح أبو دلو أن الدليل الشامل هو الأول من نوعه على المستوى الوطني، ويعتمد على بيانات وتحليل وتجارب واقعية لتنظيم مسار مشاركة المرأة داخل الأحزاب، بدءاً من الاستقطاب، مروراً بالتدريب والحماية وبناء الهوية الرقمية، وصولاً إلى التمكين الحزبي الكامل.

وأشار إلى أن الدليل يربط بين التمكين السياسي والتمكين المؤسسي، مما يوفر للأحزاب خارطة طريق عملية لتطوير أدائها ورفع مستوى مشاركة المرأة.

ودعا الأحزاب إلى تعزيز حضور الجيل الشاب من الحزبيات، وإيلاء اهتمام خاص بمناطق الأطراف باعتبارها المخزون الأكبر للطاقات النسائية القادرة على تشكيل هوية حزبية حقيقية، محذراً من خسارة الكوادر النسائية نتيجة ضعف التدريب الرقمي.

عرض الدليل.. خلاصة بحث تشاركي متكامل

وفي الجلسة الختامية، قدمت الدكتورة بتول محيسن، المديرة السابقة لمركز الأميرة بسمة، استعراضاً للدليل الشامل، مؤكدة أنه اعتمد على منهجية بحثية تشاركية جمعت بين الجلسات المركزة، والاستبانات الإلكترونية، والبحوث المكتبية، للوصول إلى توصيات عملية لتعزيز المشاركة السياسية الفاعلة للنساء داخل الأحزاب.

 

"We Rise” Concludes the Women in Political PartiesProject and Launches the Comprehensive Guide for Best Party Practices in Irbid

Under the patronage of Senator Asia Yaghi, the We Rise Center for Sustainable Development concluded today the closing ceremony of its national project "Women in Political Parties – Toward Effective Leadership,” implemented in partnership with the Princess Basma Center for Jordanian Women’s Studies at Yarmouk University, during an event held in Irbid Governorate. The ceremony was attended by representatives of national and international institutions, alongside academic and political figures.

Senator Asia Yaghi: Empowering women is a pillar of Jordan’s political modernization

In her opening remarks, Senator Yaghi affirmed that Jordan is witnessing a significant phase of political modernization under the leadership of His Majesty King Abdullah II ibn Al Hussein. This transformation, she noted, has stimulated community engagement and encouraged all segments of society to take part in political and party life.

Yaghi expressed her astonishment at the campaigns that oppose women’s participation in politics and seek to exclude them from decision-making. She stressed the need to restore society’s confidence in both women and political parties, as a necessary step to overcoming the challenges facing women’s political engagement.

She praised the capabilities of Jordanian women, who have proven throughout the country’s political and social history their ability to serve the nation, educate younger generations, join political parties, participate in elections, and enter Parliament. Yaghi voiced optimism about the growing momentum of women’s political participation.

She also called on political parties and civil society organizations to adopt the newly issued Comprehensive Guide to Best Practices for Empowering Women Politically within Parties, describing it as a solid framework that parties and international organizations should utilize to strengthen women's roles.

Yarmouk University: Women’s empowerment is a national commitment

Dr. Ruba Bataineh, Vice President of Yarmouk University, affirmed that the university’s participation in the project reflects its deep belief in the role of Jordanian women and their contribution to shaping the future envisioned by His Majesty the King.

She stated that Yarmouk University views the outcomes of the Royal Committee to Modernize the Political System as a key milestone in Jordan’s national reform journey. The university works to translate these outcomes through research, community engagement, and national partnerships—especially its continuous cooperation with the We Rise Center.

Dr. Bataineh emphasized that the university, through the Princess Basma Center for Jordanian Women’s Studies, is committed to strengthening the image of Jordanian women and enhancing their political presence and influence.

International partner: New legislation strengthens women’s political engagement

Ms. Veronika Ertl, Country Director of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation in Jordan, expressed her pride in the partnership, noting that the project aims to enhance women’s participation and strengthen their influence within political parties.

She welcomed the new political legislation that expanded opportunities for women’s engagement and stressed the importance of allowing enough time for the political modernization project to produce visible and meaningful results.

Princess Basma Center: Research and partnerships as foundations for empowerment

Dr. Tareq Ziad Al-Naser, Acting Director of the Princess Basma Center, highlighted that building genuine partnerships with local communities, national institutions, and international bodies—alongside research that serves society—is key to launching impactful projects that empower women and youth.

He explained that the center operates within comprehensive strategies designed to support the university’s vision, expand collaboration, and advance the goals of political and economic modernization, while strengthening the role of women in political life.

Dr. Al-Naser praised the outcomes of the project and the guide it produced, describing it as a qualitative milestone that offers political parties a valuable institutional development tool grounded in data and real-world experience.

"We Rise”: A project aligned with the King’s vision for women’s political empowerment

Mr. Amer Abu Dalu, Director General of the We Rise Center, stated that the project aligns with the vision of His Majesty King Abdullah II to enhance women’s political participation.

He emphasized that the center prioritizes creating a supportive environment for women’s political and party engagement by providing training, institutional support, and development tools that lead to sustainable impact.

Abu Dalu explained that the project targeted party-affiliated women and political activists in Irbid, through focused training sessions that documented their experiences, identified challenges, and generated recommendations forming the foundation of the national guide.

A national guide: A roadmap for women’s empowerment within political parties

He noted that the guide is the first of its kind in Jordan, based on data, analysis, and real experiences, and organizes the entire path of women’s participation in political parties—from recruitment and training, to protection, digital identity-building, electoral support, and finally, full political empowerment.

Abu Dalu stressed that the guide links political empowerment with institutional development, giving political parties a practical roadmap for improving women’s participation.

He called on parties to strengthen the participation of young female members, and to focus on marginalized areas, which represent a vital reservoir of political potential. He warned that neglecting digital capacity-building may lead to losing talented women who are capable of shaping future political landscapes.

Final session: A research-based, participatory guide

In the closing session, Dr. Batoul Al-Muhisen, former Director of the Princess Basma Center, presented the guide, explaining that it was developed through a participatory research methodology combining focus groups, electronic surveys, and desk research to formulate actionable recommendations that enhance women’s effective political participation within parties.
