EyeKYC enables customers to verify their identity by scanning their iris using an approved biometric device. The iris data is matched against national identity records held by the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship through IrisGuard’s EyeCloud platform. Once verification is successfully completed, the customer’s previously registered information is retrieved automatically and used to complete the identification and service-activation process, eliminating the need for manual data entry.

The service significantly streamlines and accelerates customer identity verification at Zain shops through seamless integration between Zain’s systems and IrisGuard’s iris-recognition technology. This integration is designed to deliver greater accuracy, reliability, speed, and security, while providing customers with a smoother and more convenient experience.
